Run-of-river dam-toe plant with daily accumulation, on the left bank of the middle Kupa in Ozalj, opposite HE Ozalj 1. Built 1952. 2 Kaplan units, 1.1MW each. Flow: HEP's own narrative text states "2x7 m3/s", but its own technical-data table states "2x17" -- used the table figure (34 m3/s) here since it is the one that reconciles with the page's stated COMBINED flow for both Ozalj plants (85 m3/s: Ozalj 1's 3x17=51 + Ozalj 2's 2x17=34 = 85 exactly; the narrative's "2x7" would total only 65, inconsistent with its own combined figure). Shares the same dam and reservoir as HE Ozalj 1 (see that row for shared dam/reservoir detail) -- net head 9.2m. Part of GHE Gojak (with HE Gojak and HE Lesce), under Centar proizvodnje Zapad -- treated as a separate row from HE Ozalj 1 per this row's own note. Coordinates are a town-level estimate (Ozalj), not plant-exact.
