HE Lešće

Dam-toe plant on the Donja Dobra (formed by the confluence of the two rivers HE Gojak uses), downstream of Ogulin near Lesce/Generalski Stol -- the "second energy step" on the Dobra after Gojak, whose own reservoir/tailrace continues directly into this one. First hydro plant built in Croatia since independence; construction started 2005, operational 2010. Highly automated, remotely operated from HE Gojak's control room. 2 main units (2x20.6MW, flow 2x60 m3/s, connected at 110kV) plus 1 biological-minimum (ABM) unit (1.09MW, flow 2.7 m3/s, connected at 35kV) -- aggregated into one row per this project's composite-plant convention (matches HEP's own combined "42.29 MW" narrative figure). Average annual production ~102 GWh (2010-2016). Runs an adjusted summer regime 1 June - 15 Sept (see lesce.hep.hr for downstream flow info). Part of GHE Gojak (with HE Gojak and HE Ozalj 1/2), under Centar proizvodnje Zapad. Coordinates are a town-level estimate (Generalski Stol), not plant-exact.
