The first Croatian wind farm to use wind turbines designed AND manufactured in Croatia (Koncar's own KO-VA 57/1 and K80 models) -- located above Konjsko village near the A1 Konjsko tunnel, between Split and Dugopolje. 17 turbines total: 15x Koncar KO-VA 57/1 (1.0 MW each) + 2x Koncar K80 (2.5 MW each) = 20.0 MW exact. Hub height 60m (source figure, applies to the wind farm generally, not confirmed per-model); rotor diameter not stated for either model in any sourced material, left NULL rather than inferred from the "57" in the KO-VA model name. COMMISSIONING DISCREPANCY: HOPS's official report states multi-phase commissioning in 2010/2011/2012/2015. Independent sourcing (Hrastovic Inzenjering) only corroborates: Phase 1 (6 units) 24 Feb 2012, Phase 2 (1st K80 prototype) Jul 2012, Phase 3 (9 more units) 1 Jan 2013, Phase 4 (2nd K80) 2015 -- no 2010 or 2011 phase found in any independent source despite searching. CITY NOTE: HOPS's own municipality field for this plant reads "Split," but the actual turbine site (Konjsko) is administratively part of Opcina Klis, not Grad Split (per hr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Konjsko_(Klis) and klis.hr) -- City='Split' here matches the HOPS ground-truth field per this import's brief, not a claim about municipal boundaries. Investment: 252,000,000 HRK (Koncar contributed 41.48% of its own resources; 14 Koncar group companies + 15 Croatian subcontractors built it) -- converted here to EUR 33,446,148 at the fixed EUR/HRK peg (7.53450), a currency conversion of a sourced pre-euro figure, not an estimate. OWNERSHIP: Hrote's 2022 snapshot recorded the producer as "KONCAR-OBNOVLJIVI IZVORI d.o.o." (OIB 83974943314). That company underwent a corporate split effective 1 July 2024, spinning out a dedicated single-purpose company "Energetski park Pometeno brdo d.o.o." (OIB 96510732278, same Fallerovo setaliste 22, Zagreb address), wholly owned by KONCAR - Obnovljivi izvori d.o.o. -- same "Energetski park <name> d.o.o." naming convention already used for HEP Korlat (migration 018). No annual production (GWh) figure was found anywhere -- MonthlyMwh left NULL.
