Croatia's FIRST wind farm, commissioned 19 August 2004 (grid-connected October 2004) -- built by Adria Wind Power d.o.o. on HEP's own initiative, 7 years from project conception to realization with a 4-month construction period. 7x Vestas V52 turbines, 850 kW each (5.95 MW total), rotor diameter 52m; hub height not stated in any sourced material (Vestas V52 shipped at several site-specific hub heights and none is confirmed for this site -- left NULL rather than guessed). Investment ~EUR 6.5 million. Annual production ~15 million kWh (MonthlyMwh = 15,000/12 = 1,250.00). Located in the Ravne area above the Pag salt pans, Pag island, Zadar County. Adria Wind Power d.o.o. is privately held by natural persons (Cvijetin Đordić, Tonći Panza, Radmila Gostrec per the FINA/court registry), OIB 90921458823, founded 1999, Sesvete (Zagreb) -- not a foreign utility subsidiary like the wpd-linked plants elsewhere in this import. Adria Wind Power's current site also references a planned/adjacent 6.3 MWp solar project at the same location -- not imported here, out of scope for this wind-only migration. COMMISSIONYEAR UPDATE (2026-07-20): HOPS's official August 2025 monthly wind-generation report lists this plant as "in regular operation since 2005", one year later than the 2004 grid-connection date sourced from Wikipedia/press coverage previously used here. Per user decision, HOPS (the actual grid operator) is treated as authoritative for CommissionYear going forward; the original 2004 date most likely reflects an earlier grid-connection/trial-operation milestone rather than HOPS's own "regular operation" criterion, and is preserved here rather than deleted.
